Chateau de Hartes 2009
A lovely velvety Claret made distinctive by its superb structure. From a beautiful old 12th century domaine de Hartes has floral aromas of violets with flavours of ripe blackcurrant, damson, blackberry, spices, herbs and a hint of pepper.
Chateau Chavellier d’Albran 2009
Smooth and full flavoured Claret from the ancient domaine owned by Chateau Mondain. Originally a Roman estate it has links to the Black Prince, son of King Edward III, in the 1350s. Chevalier d’Albran has notes of blackberry, vanilla, strawberry and ripe plum.
Chateau Roques de Mauriac Rosé 2011
Subtle and elegant Rosé from an old chateau in the quaint village of Mauriac, watched over by its 13th century church. An award winning wine this is mouth wateringly crisp and alluring with the flavours of redcurrant, raspberry, strawberry, pomegranate and cranberry.
Chateau Les Eymeries Blanc 2008
Superb Bordeaux White that comes from vineyards in the tiny commune near Sainte Foy la Grande, built by the brother of Saint Louis in 1255. With flavours of sweet melon, pineapple, pink grapefruit, lemon and a hint of honey.
